Overview

Panini Fortnite Series 1

Panini Fortnite Series 1 arrived in June 2019, marking Fortnite's first official Panini trading-card collection. The 300-card set brought the game to life through characters, outfits, weapons, gameplay scenes and loading-screen artwork.

The checklist follows Fortnite's own rarity system, making the collection easy to understand:

  • Common: #1–100
  • Uncommon: #101–150
  • Rare: #151–200
  • Epic: #201–250
  • Legendary: #251–300

As well as the standard hobby release, Series 1 was sold in a number of different formats, including Hobby Boxes, Blaster Boxes and Retail Mega Boxes. Different formats offered collectors different ways to find the cards — including the Crystal Shard parallels found in Mega Boxes. There was also a Panini pre-sale bundle containing nine exclusive cards.

For collectors, this mix of rarity levels, product formats and exclusive cards is what makes Series 1 such an interesting set to explore.
