Brilliant Striker #159 exists as an unreleased variation prototype from the 2019 Panini Fortnite Series 1 Italy print run. The card name and number match the released base card, so the differences from the retail print — together with the transparent Epic Games logo used during pre-production printing — are what identify the prototype.
